Yom Kippur, the most somber day on the Jewish calendar, commences tonight at sundown. In fact, Israel is 10 hours ahead of us here in Arizona, so technically speaking, Yom Kippur is underway.
The sixth of seven major feasts of the Lord, Yom Kippur is the Day of Atonement. Prophetically speaking, it is the day in which God will lift the veil from the eyes of the Jewish people, they will mourn and repent, ushering in the promise of Romans 11:26 which tells us all Israel will be saved.
