On October 30, the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) destroyed a terror tunnel emanating from the Gaza Strip.  The explosion killed several terrorists who were in the tunnel at the time of the destruction.

As a result, Islamic Jihad, the terrorist organization taking responsibility for the tunnels, vows to avenge the loss of two commanders and several other terrorists killed in the explosion.  In preparedness to defend densely populated areas against retaliation, the IDF has moved Iron Dome batteries into urban positions.  You can read more about deployment of the Iron Dome batteries here.

No doubt, things are heating up once more in the Middle East, and dear friends, we are watching fulfillment of Bible prophecy right before our very eyes.  Jesus is coming back soon and it is definitely time to be about our Father’s business.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age,  looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,  who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.
~Titus 2:11-14

This coming Sunday I will teach about the glorious return of our King!  Indeed we look for the Blessed Hope, and you are invited to join us as we study together.  If you are in the Phoenix area, stop by either campus of Calvary Community Church.  We’ll be in the Prayer Room at Northwest campus at 9:00, and in Room 403 at Central Campus at 11:00.  Click here for directions and more information.  I hope to see you there.

For those of you outside the Phoenix area, I plan to share some of the study on this blog over the next few days.  Then, we’ll culminate with a special post around noon on Sunday!  So, check it out over the next few days!
