Reports of Rockets Fired from Lebanon, Hezbollah Denies Responsibility

Heavy activity continues in and around Israel. Just a few hours ago, a Hezbollah-backed TV station in Lebanon announced that rockets had been fired from Lebanon. A subsequent report indicates a Palestinian organization near Tyre (Lebanon) may have fired them, and that the rockets landed in the Mediterranean Sea. Israeli F-16’s are ready to go if rockets from Lebanon into Israel are detected.

Meanwhile, the Israeli intelligence suspects Hamas infiltration into Israel, so they have warned citizens in the Ashkelon area to lock their doors and turn off lights.

Pray for the safety of Israeli citizens and wisdom for Israeli and IDF leaders. These are difficult days, and our responsibility is to stand with Israel. Do that in prayer today!

Yes prayers going up. Marc’s daughter, Tessa, lives in Ashkelon. His long time Jewish friend, Eti and her husband live in Beersheba.
