Israel has the best counter-terrorism forces in the world. Why? Because no country on earth faces terrorism threats like Israel does! In 2014 I was able to visit the Israeli military base of Duvdevan, one of Israel’s most elite counter-terrorism units.

They briefed us on their basic operations and showed body cam footage of actual encounters where they took down terrorists in the West Bank. They also told us they often work in disguise (blending in with the Palestinian population), so we may or may not have been seeing the real people! Incredibly, they ran us out of there about 5pm and we learned the next morning they went immediately on mission and took down a known terrorist cell in Nablus! Wow!
