Israel’s feasts are a beautiful picture of God’s faithfulness to His uniquely called people, then to us as believers. Jews first!

We just finished a mini-series focusing on the fall feasts (Feast of Trumpets, Yom Kippur, and Feast of Tabernacles) through the eyes of the prophet Zechariah. The feasts are now in the rearview mirror for another year, yet the lasting evidence of God’s faithfulness should never be forgotten.

Along with the faithfulness God shows through the feasts of Israel, the everlasting promises to Israel via the Abrahamic Covenant remind us that God has not forgotten His people or their land. The promises of God to Israel have not been transferred to the church.

Today, as you focus your worship on our Lord Jesus, be reminded of His faithfulness exhibited through the feasts of Israel.
