Meanwhile, in Jerusalem…

While chaos abounds and we try to figure out exactly how to deal with the Iranian crisis, Christians gathered in Israel’s Knesset (parliament) for the annual Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast on May 29. Amazingly, prayer and praise happened right there in the hallowed halls of Israel’s government!

Christian faith leaders such as Michelle Bachmann, Joel Rosenberg, Messianic and Arab pastors in Israel, and others from 35+ countries around the world gathered with Jewish Knesset members to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. All Israel News was there to capture the event. Check it out:

Did you know you, too, can meet in and around the Knesset to pray for the peace of Jerusalem? As I organize and lead tours for ONE FOR ISRAEL, prayer at the Knesset is a common stop on the itinerary. Also, if you have a desire to serve Israelis in need, we provide real, hands-on opportunities to do that as well.

The perfect opportunity is happening this fall! We have a specially designed tour for those who have been to Israel before and want to see different sites (including a day trip to Petra). That is our Return to Israel Tour October 17-27. Then, November 1-10 we have a regular Ancient Stones and Living Stones Tour in which we will make stops at all the major sites important to our Christian faith. However, in between (October 28-30), we offer a ministry extension where we roll up our sleeves and serve the people! Guests on either tour may join the optional extension.

BTW – some of the work projects during the extension occur near the Gaza border, so we will also take time to visit the Nova site (scene of the Hamas massacre on October 7) and a small city (Sderot) that was overrun by terrorists that fateful day. Believe me, these sites will impact you in ways you never dreamed possible.

Checkout those tours and our early-2027 line-up on ONE FOR ISRAEL’s Tour Page. (Also, ask me about a special March tour that will also include service projects! It’s not posted, but there is still space available! Call me at 817-776-2367 or email kym@oneforisrael.org)
