How about a feel good story to bless your weekend!

Most have stopped counting by now, but did you know Israel has been directly involved in war for almost 1,000 days? Since October 7, 2023, regular units of the IDF, as well as the vast majority of Israel’s 450,000 reservists have been at war with the likes of Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, Iran and others. Soldiers are weary, and they have seen and encountered horrible things. Some estimate that the IDF will have at least 100,000 PTSD victims of war by 2028.

Families and animals living in target zones and running for shelter every time a siren sounds don’t have it so easy either.

How do they escape the mental stress and strain? How do families cope with a spouse, a mother, or a father returning “damaged” from assignments that take them into the pits of evil? What about animals who are also impacted by repetitive sirens and the ensuing explosions of rockets?
