Hey friends, it is holiday season and Hanukkah and Christmas will be here before you know it! We will definitely shift our focus toward celebration of those commemorations soon. But alarm bells are going off, so let’s address the issue. Again, I harken back to the prophet Ezekiel’s admonition in Ezekiel 33 to be faithful watchmen, sounding the alarm when impending danger is on the horizon.

As citizens of this world, we are either intentional followers of Christ, willing followers of Satan, or totally oblivious to what in the world is going on. Failure to recognize that Satan is alive and well in this world is naive and dangerous. Failure to condemn Satan’s work in the world today is cowardly. Satan is alive, and he perpetrates evil in the most obvious ways. Yet, most of the world turns a blind eye, or attempts to rationalize it.

Many are afraid to expose the roots and the means…and there are many. But let’s consider one: the blatant, overt attempts at domination by radical Muslims. In just one day I came across these examples:

• In 2011, Osama bin Laden coronated Abu Mohammad al-Julani as the leader of a new Al Qaeda unit in Syria. Julani obediently murdered civilians, wiped out rival Muslim mosques, and carried out bin Laden-like terrorism in Syria. Julani earned a $10 million bounty on his head for his part in terrorism against US troops and others. Then, several months ago, following the ouster of Syria’s previous regime, Julani dressed himself in a suit and tie, changed his name to Ahmed al-Sharaa, proclaimed himself to be the new Syrian president and waltzed right into the Trump White House (upon a red carpet), promising to be a moderate. He has since murdered additional civilians and, recently strolled through the Syrian palace in his Al Qaeda fatigues, vowing again to be moderate. Wolf in sheep’s clothing! His desire is to dominate Syria, the Middle East, then the world.
• At a Christmas market in Brussels just days ago, radical Muslims decapitated and stole the head of baby Jesus displayed in a public manger scene. The goal: dominance over Christian populations.
• In France, an Algerian Muslim woman hired as a nanny for a Jewish family attempted to poison the entire family, including the children.  Leaving the family traumatized, the nanny justified her actions: “I never should have worked for a Jew. They have money and power. This brought me only problems.” Dominance over Jewish people, regardless of what it takes or what lies one must tell.
• In Sudan, as many as 150,000 people are missing after attacks by the radical Rapid Support Forces in Darfur.  More Sudanese people were slaughtered in one week than were killed during the entire 2-year war in Gaza. No mention of that on the news, as radical Islamists dominate Sudan. (Spoiler alert: According to Ezekiel 38, Sudan will join the coalition of Russian-led Muslim countries that will attack Israel in one of the next great prophetic events.)
• In Japan, a road was blocked for two hours by Pakistani immigrants performing Islamic rituals, forcing traffic issues while asserting dominance over the local population. (One of Charlie Kirk’s last speeches was in Japan, warning of this very thing.)

But that only happens in faraway places. It will never happen to us.

Think again, my friends. Radical Islam has clearly stated its goal: world domination. And when the enemy tells you what they are going to do, believe them! They will stop at nothing. America, WAKE UP…radical Islam is not at the door. It has crashed through it and is now a very aggressive cancer metastasizing inside our borders.

• At a Muslim Brotherhood 2025 event, a spokesman clearly articulated the plan to dismantle the American political system. The goal: 50 radical Muslims in positions of power in the US federal government within 5 years. According to CBS News, 82 Muslim candidates won seats in local, state, federal and judicial elections in 25 states in 2022.  More recently, 76 Muslims across the country ran for seats during the 2025 off-year elections and 42 were elected, most notably Zohran Mamdani as NYC’s mayor. (More about him in a moment.) It’s not even a secret…the Muslim Brotherhood desires to overpower the US Congress.
• Evidence is now coming to light regarding the social welfare state in Minnesota. Tax-payer funds (to the tune of $8 BILLION) are fraudulently funding Al-Shabaab and Al Queda in Muslim-dominated Somalia.  Governor Walz and US Representative Ilhan Omar did nothing about it, and some are suggesting they may have benefited by it. Meanwhile, Ilhan Omar is using the situation to encourage radical Islamic Somalians to use America’s own system to their benefit, even if fraudulently.
• Newly-elected NYC mayor Zohran Mamdani is already hard at work. Doing what? Publishing videos instructing illegal aliens how to “stand up to feds” and evade ICE.

I could go on, but I think you get the picture. These examples are very recent and we have all heard other atrocities on the news.

It may be unpopular, and is almost certainly not politically correct, but it must be said: Radical Islam is totally incompatible with American values and should be eradicated as quickly as possible and as forcibly as necessary. This nation, founded on Biblical principles, has lost its way and we are fearful of doing what is necessary to fix the problem. America (and the church) must grow a backbone very quickly and fight for the values we hold dear.

But believers, take heart! There is good news. Ultimately, our nation will crumble, yet the faithfulness of God will never leave us. We know how this story ends, and we sit on the winning side when we put our faith and trust in Jesus. Yes, we must be about our Father’s business, including in the public square. But, He is the Prince of Peace, and we can depend upon Him through it all.

If you have never put your faith and trust in Jesus, now is the time. These words are not shared to scare you, but to prepare you. Jesus promises He will redeem those who trust in Him, and will save us from the wrath that is to come. (1 Thessalonians 1:10) Putting your faith in Him is easy, and you don’t have to “clean yourself up.” He asks nothing of you other than to believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. (Romans 10:9-10)
