As believers, we stand with Israel! There are many ways in which we display our support. Some do so verbally, some show their kindness in acts of love toward Jewish people, some financially support those ministering in Israel, and some are faithful prayer warriors!

Though not always kind in his words, President Trump has been the most pro-Israel American President in history. Whether or not he fully understands the gravity of the Biblical mandate, he has made historic decisions that no other president ever has. Here are a few examples:

• Early in his first term, he recognized Jerusalem as the eternal capital of Israel.
• He moved the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
• He recognized the Golan Heights as sovereign territory of Israel.
• Trump declared that settlements in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) are not inconsistent with international law.
• Removed the US from the United Nations Human Rights Council because of their blatant antisemitism.
• He brokered the Abraham Accords.
• He just took out Iran’s nuclear facilities.

On Wednesday night, President Trump added another blessing to PM Benjamin Netanyahu when he put this out on Truth Social:

Trump has the attention of the world at the moment and seemingly everyone is yielding to his leadership. Having battled through very similar challenges and understanding the pressure on the shoulders of a leader on the world stage, Trump may have just handed Netanyahu the greatest personal gift yet.

Will it catapult Netanyahu above the fray and back into good graces with Israelis? That is hard to know, given the political chasm in Israel. Once underwater in approval polls, Netanyahu’s approval rating has risen sharply during the war with Iran, and at least for now, what Trump says carries a lot of weight. Yet nothing is more volatile than Israeli politics, so only time will tell.

Will Netanyahu pull another political rabbit out of the hat, courtesy of President Trump? We’ll have to wait and see!
