Are you ready for today’s adventure? It is going to be a great day, so climb on the bus and let’s get going!

Our first stop is Capernaum, Jesus’ ministry headquarters. Jesus lived with His close friend, Peter, and his family, and remains of the house in which they lived and engaged the community remains. This is also the site of many of Jesus’ miracles, as well as a 1st century synagogue in which Jesus often read the Torah. It’s an amazing place!

Our bus then winds up the hill to the Mount of Beatitudes, overlooking the Sea of Galilee. It was here that Jesus put out a little ways in a boat and taught a large crowd who followed Him. (Luke 5:1-3) Of course, this is also the setting of Jesus’ teaching of the Beatitudes.
