If you have not followed the news, you will have no idea what I’m talking about. But if you know and understand what is going on in our world today, perhaps you agree (as I do) with Amir Tsarfati’s commentary below.

While I don’t fully agree that we miss President Trump, we do truly miss the leadership and values of an American administration that, whether they all knew it or not, made moral leadership decisions based on Biblical truth.

Don’t misunderstand…I don’t believe everyone in the Trump administration was a Christian or had Biblical principles always at the forefront. I have no idea where even Donald Trump stands before God. But I do believe strong, steadfast believers such as VP Mike Pence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and many others in places of high leadership DID seek the Lord, and we were all blessed by it.

Sadly, America is in a totally different place only a year later.

Believers, we fight for righteousness as long as we have breath! But we should know that the America we love and respect is on the verge of tumbling to depths we never thought possible. We may lose our beloved nation as we know it today, but our eternal citizenship is not in America, but in heaven! (Philippians 3:20)

Christian friends, we were born for such a time as this! No one likes or invites hard times, but it is through them that our trust and commitment to our Lord Jesus Christ will shine brightest. Today, as most Americans recover from a meaningless football game and go about their business, God is at work in those whose gaze is upon Him and who choose to seek His guidance and command.

In a world looking for a leader and a savior, He is it! He is Commander-in-Chief of the biggest battle we will ever face. But we must be aligned in formation behind Him! A commander with stray sheep is no commander at all. Let’s rise up in the ranks of our Commander and listen for His next command!

Stand strong, believers! Our Commander-in-Chief is at the helm!
