President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu are wasting little time bolstering the US-Israeli relationship.  Yesterday, they spoke by phone and the President invited Netanyahu to Washington for a meeting in February.  The Prime Minister’s office has also announced that Netanyahu will also speak at the annual AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) Policy Conference in Washington in March.

According to reports, Netanyahu will meet with President Trump, ambassador to Israel David Friedman, and Jared Kushner (Trump’s son-in-law, who is to serve as a senior advisor to Trump’s Administration) where they will discuss UN Resolution 2334, Iran, US-Israel relations, and moving the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Meanwhile, in response to the US pledge to move the embassy, Palestinian Authority President Abbas has turned to Jordanian King Abdullah in hopes of coordinating opposition to the move.

In another move, Israel’s Prime Minister sent a video message to the people of Iran, promising “we are not your enemy, but your friend.”  See Netanyahu’s 2 1/2-minute message to the people of Iran:

As alway, pray, pray, pray for our world leaders, particularly President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu as they work to re-establish the relationship between the US and Israel.  Pray, also, for the people of Iran who are oppressed by a tyrannical regime.  May revival in the hearts of Iranians spread throughout the land!
