Netanyahu Interviewed on “60 Minutes”

Hi friends!  I just watched a 60 Minutes interview with Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister.  As always, Netanyahu was straight-forward, refusing to succumb to innuendos from the liberal press.

For example, Leslie Stahl implied that the settlement issue is driving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.  Netanyahu staunchly disagreed.  When Stahl argued that it certainly appeared that the conflict between Netanyahu and Obama was personal, Netanyahu responded that even if they were the best of friends, “You think I wouldn’t stand up against the Iran deal if I thought, as I did, that it endangers the existence of Israel? Of course I would.”

Netanyahu also seems to be convinced that President-elect Donald Trump will be a true friend of Israel.  They also discussed relations with Russia and China, and about Trump’s appointment of Steve Bannon as chief strategist.

See the entire Netanyahu interview (12 1/2 minutes), or short clips of selected portions of the interview, via this link.

I watched that interview also. The spin is so obvious to the Christian ear! I posted the link to that interview on my FB page. Good post. I knew you’d be on that one!
