Just over a week ago, US Special Middle East Envoy Michael Witkoff, accompanied by US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, paid a visit to the Gaza Strip. Together they spent roughly 5 hours assessing the “starvation” issue in Gaza, and the effectiveness of getting humanitarian aid (primarily food) to those in need.
The result of their investigatory trip: There is indeed starvation in Gaza. Israeli hostages are nothing but skin and bones, appearing in conditions not seen since the Holocaust. This is Evyatar David and Rom Braslavski, two hostages taken in the October 7 attack:

David was even forced to dig his own grave, while a well-fed terrorist is seen offering a meager can of something to the starving hostage. (Notice the difference between the hostage’s arm and the terrorist’s arm.)

Meanwhile, photographer Anas Zayed Fteiha, commissioned by a Turkish agency and publishing for outlets such as Al Jazeera, was caught red-handed staging a scene of “starving Gazans.”

In response to Witkoff and Huckabee’s report, President Trump gave the go ahead for Israel to take whatever action necessary to end the rule of Hamas and get their hostages back.
Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, therefore, met with his security cabinet and vowed to “free Gaza from Hamas.” In a rare press conference with foreign media, Netanyahu reminded the world that Hamas steals food from Gaza citizens and “shoots them when they try to move to safe zones.”
Benjamin Netanyahu readily acknowledges that Gaza’s citizens are under tyrannical leadership and deserve to be free. He also knows the dire situation in which Israeli hostages endure. Both seek relief.
Of course, the world condemns Israel’s actions despite facing condemnation no other nation on earth endures. Netanyahu’s statement:
No nation can accept a genocidal terrorist organization, an organization committed to its annihilation, a stone’s throw from its citizens.
Hamas refuses to negotiate and time is running out for hostages, so the IDF will soon be given battle plans and orders to take over the Gaza Strip. The proposed due date: October 7.
The next few weeks will be crucial if Israel is successful in accomplishing their goals of getting hostages back (before they starve to death) and rendering Hamas fully defeated and incapable of attacking Israel again. Please pray for:
- Wisdom for Israeli military and political leadership. May they understand the times and know what Israel is to do, just as the sons of Issachar did. (1 Chronicles 12:32)
- Awakening of liberal Israelis who continually attempt to derail all decisions to totally destroy Hamas.
- Hostages and their families. Their lives are on the line and Hamas knows they are the last bargaining chip they have. May the God of Israel save those in captivity and grant supernatural peace to their loved ones.
- Christians around the world to support Israel in prayer and by speaking up. Genesis 12:3 commands that we bless Israel.
- The US administration to continue supporting Israel. Joel 3:2 warns of God’s judgment upon nations.
Make your voice be heard in heaven and on earth, dear friends!
