Happy Sunday, friends!

Did you know Christians played a big part in the initial regathering of Jews to Israel? There is also a gigantic part for us to play in the fulfillment of God’s plan for the Jews today.

Ezekiel 37 describes a valley of dry bones, identified as “the whole house of Israel” in verse 11. but it is a two-part process. The first is a physical. Verse 6 says:

I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin…

That reference is indicative of Israel’s “rebirth” from the ashes of the Holocaust to vibrant life in the reborn nation of Israel.

The second part of the process is a spiritual one.

 I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live…

Indeed, the Jewish people are “alive” physically, but have not yet received the Spirit God wants to put within them, bringing spiritual life (ie – salvation). However, Romans 11:26 promises that the day will come when “all Israel will be saved.”
