Imagine spending 51 of the most hellish days conceivable, then leaving your husband of 45 years to remain captive in Gaza. Such is the reality of Aviva, a Kfir Aza resident kidnapped on October 7 and still awaiting the return of her beloved husband (who happens to be American). She tells her story below.

Friends, let’s remain faithful to pray for families who still have loved ones held captive in Gaza. Aviva provided only a glimpse of what hostages face in the depths of tunnels designed for death. Ultimately, those hostages serve as an insurance policy for the very terrorists who masterminded the attacks on October 7. There is no justice in this world, but one day, the God of Israel will avenge what those demonic terrorists have done. But meanwhile…
