Shai’s Story

Friends, it is so important to keep the reality of what happened on October 7 before us. Why? Because many are already beginning to deny the atrocities of that day. Some would even like for us to believe it never happened. As ludicrous as that sounds, it is the exact same propaganda that was spread during and after the Holocaust. Why is it that the world is in an uproar over the deaths of “civilians” (often Hamas soldiers in civilian clothes) in Gaza, yet they want to pretend October 7 was just an ordinary day?

The war being fought right now is not between Israel and the Palestinians. Nor is it simply a war between Israel and Hamas (though it is that in human reality). The real war is between the forces of evil and the forces of righteousness. (Ephesians 6:12-13) Yes, it is a spiritual battle more than a geopolitical one.

That is why truth must be told. Israelis learned after the Holocaust that they MUST tell their stories because, if not, the world will be brainwashed to believe the horrible attempts to destroy Jews is only a figment of imagination.
