The world was appalled by the atrocities of the Holocaust. Yet, repeating lies long enough and loud enough often diminishes the impact of such horrors. Significant pockets of Holocaust deniers grew, and the narrative took a 180-degree turn. Suddenly, the ovens that burned Jewish men, women and children alive, the gas chambers that suffocated them, and the firing squads that shot them at point blank range were a figment of imagination for far too many.

Fast forward to October 7, 2023, when evil raised its ugly head again as Hamas set out to destroy Jews for no reason other than being Jewish. Brutality was on full display, and savage beasts raped, maimed, terrorized, kidnapped and killed thousands of Israelis as they awoke on an otherwise bright and beautiful day.

Yet some are denying the depth of evil that took place in settlements along the Gaza border. Part of Satan’s plan is that God’s uniquely called people will be exterminated and remembered no more.

Thus, it is imperative that Christians stand with Israel, and it is our duty to perpetuate truth. Israelis were massacred, and the world must never forget that truth. Just as tremendous effort is made among Jews to keep the truth of the Holocaust ever front and center, so this massacre must be remembered as well.

New websites have been created to document the murderous attacks and brazen kidnapping. There is an interactive map to visually place the areas of attack, survivor testimonies, lists of those who lost their lives or are kidnapped, and even a “pray by name” opportunity in which I hope you will participate. Please utilize the sites for your own information but share them as well. We must spread truth just as Israel’s enemies spread lies.
