We’re focusing on spiritual awakening in Israel, and we’re lifting up One for Israel, an Israel-based ministry of Messianic Jews sharing the truth and love of Jesus, the Messiah, with Arabs and Jews in Israel. So, let’s move into day 10’s prayer focus….

 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

~1 Timothy 4:12

Young Messianic soldiers face incredible pressures: the stresses of conflict, pressures with the opposite sex, issues of identity and culture, and much more. Many find themselves isolated as the only believer on their base, and may also have been the only believer at school and in their family. It’s crucial that Israeli young people be brought together for fellowship, teaching, and worship, as these times together strengthen their faith and provide much needed community. One for Israel supplements these in-person meetings with online community, where young adults are exhorted in faith and the Word of God.

Please pray that they would stand firm in their faith against the pressures surrounding them and that they would be lights for Jesus wherever they go.
