Pompeo Blasts Biden’s Handling of Iran, Rosenberg Calls for Firing of John Kerry for Betraying Israel

“This [current US position] is weakness…the Iranians will drive a truck through weakness.”

~Mike Pompeo, Interview with Joel Rosenberg, 4/27/2021

Convinced the maximum pressure campaign imposed on Iran by President Trump was working, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who implemented that plan, blasted the Biden administration’s weakness in allowing Iran to draw the US back into negotiations.

When Pompeo left his post, he announced on Telegram that he was now free to “let ‘er rip” regarding Biden’s foreign policy, and he has done that! Always the civil diplomat, Pompeo has an uncanny ability to say what needs to be said with firmness, without degrading others. Check out his comments about that in the video below.

Meanwhile, Iranian sources leaked an audiotape, revealing an internal power struggle in Iran between the government and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. More shockingly, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif stated on the audio that Obama-era US Secretary of State John Kerry frequently informed him of Israeli plans to strike Iranian interests in Syria. Unbelievable!

As a result of Kerry’s selling out of America’s greatest Middle East ally, many are calling for the Biden administration to immediately conduct an investigation and fire John Kerry from his current position on the national security team and liaison to Iran. Joel Rosenberg writes about that in FIRE HIM: If John Kerry Really Betrayed Israel to Iran, Biden Should Fire Him Immediately.

The contrast is clear: while Trump, Pompeo and the rest of the previous administration blessed Israel, Biden, Kerry and the current administration have chosen a different route.
