United Hatzalah is a group of volunteer emergency medical personnel who respond to needs in Israel. No one is paid. Jews and Muslims work side-by-side saving lives.
In a world filled with hatred, isn’t it refreshing to witness the goodness of mankind for a change? Kudos to those Muslim ambulance workers who volunteered to cover the shifts of Jews on Yom Kippur so they could pray on the most somber day of the Hebrew calendar.
I say, let’s join the blessing! Will you stop right now and say a prayer of thanksgiving for those Muslim servants who showed such consideration? Pray for their families. Pray for their livlihood. Pray for their salvation. Ask the Lord’s blessing upon them.
