A major terror attack was carried out just outside the Palace of Westminster (British Parliament) in London this morning, killing at least 4 and wounding dozens more.  News is spreading via many news outlets, but a concise article appears in the New York Times, indicating what is known and not known at this point.

The question now is:  will ISIS or some other terrorist organization take responsibility?  Stay tuned…
