While the international community rages about civilian casualties at Gaza’s Al-Shifa Hospital and Shati Refugee Camp, interesting intel from the IDF is hitting the media.  Though (to my knowledge) not 100% confirmed yet, evidence is mounting that the attacks on the hospital and refugee camps were from Hamas rockets, NOT Israeli mortars.  Take a look at the graphic below from the Israeli Defense Forces.

IDF officials indicate that there were no Israeli operations in this part of the Gaza Strip, and they now show aerial surveillance illustrations of rockets either mis-fired, or (God forbid) purposefully fired at the hospital and refugee camp.

According to some, Hamas militants have been discovered using hospitals, schools, mosques, and other public places as headquarters, rocket launch sites, and ammunition depots.  Twice, weapons have been discovered hidden in UN relief agency schools.

The IDF has also documented over 100 other rocket attacks that have landed inside the Gaza borders since July 8, killing, harming, or terrorizing their own people.  (Pray for the citizens of Gaza!)

For Hamas, it isn’t enough to fire rockets at innocent Israeli cities and villages in attempts to kill Jews.  They seem to indiscriminately devalue the lives of their own citizens as well.  In return for escalating civilian deaths, they reap international support, as people all over the world are led to believe the bloodshed and atrocities are the work of the IDF.

But let’s take a close look at the mindset of Hamas.  Picture this….Ramadan, your most sacred religious holy month is coming to an end.  How do you celebrate?  Joyful singing, children playing happily in the streets?

Oh, my friends, this is madness…this is evil!  The world needs the peace of a Savior.  The world needs for believers to wake up, and to stand up.  The only solution to the world’s problems and chaos is the Lord, Jesus Christ.  The young man above stands on Temple Mount…just in front of the Dome of the Rock.  One day, the 3rd Jewish Temple will be re-built on Temple Mount, but will then become the abomination of desolation when the antichrist sets up his throne there and demands to be worshiped.  But following that, Jesus will return as a mighty warrior on behalf of Israel and will destroy the antichrist, Satan, and his demons.  Jesus WILL win the victory.

But people of the world, listen!  Before any of that, Jesus said that He will come to take His true followers out of this world.  We know that as the rapture, and it will occur prior to God pouring out His wrath in the Tribulation.  The Bible says, “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.” (1 Corinthians 15:52)  Come, be with myriads of believers in Jesus Christ when He comes to snatch us out of this world to be with Him forever!
