Difficult times bring people together. Few of us in the west experience the ravages of war and the prolonged time away from work and paychecks and hope. Yet, in Israel, it has become commonplace.

What is not so common is for Jews and Arabs to reach across the divide to provide love and care for one another. Yet, God is moving on the hearts of believers in Israel, both Jews and Arabs, to be the hands and feet of Jesus to all He sends their way! And He is in the business of sending those in need their way!

If you follow, you know my good friend, Pastor Saleem Shalash. Over and over, he and his team are an encouragement to live as Jesus lived. I share about the ministry of Home of Jesus the King Church often because we can all be reminded of what it looks like to be servants of the Lord…and the impact that has.

Here is yet another testimony of how the Spirit of God is moving in Israel, illustrating the “one new man” that exists between believers in Jesus, regardless of nationality or race. I hope you are as encouraged by it as I am. God is alive and well in the land of Israel, and you just don’t see these types of interaction on the news! Enjoy!
