Welcome back, friends! Yesterday, we touched on the idea of Christian Zionism. Though it may be a relatively unfamiliar term to some, the idea dates all the way back to the early church. Only in recent years has the term become a bit more familiar. In recent months, due to widespread antisemitism from major social media influencers, Christian Zionism has become controversial. Yesterday, we stressed the importance of standing firmly on the Word of God regarding this issue.

However, it is also important to know the history behind Christian Zionism so you don’t get drawn into the lies used to refute this biblical principle.

Susan Michael, US Director of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) and Director of American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI) recently published an article explaining the origins and history of Christian Zionism.  She concluded that “deep-rooted biblical conviction is the driving force behind the Zionist vision.”
