On Monday we began a series focusing on “TRUTH” and contrasting it with the lies, deception and delusion we see in our world. It is very important that you understand the heart behind these posts exposing the lies. If you missed it, read Monday’s post before proceeding with this one!

Friends, our faith is taking incoming threats constantly. Because Jesus is the way, the TRUTH, and the life (John 14:6) and Satan is a liar (John 8:44), we must be certain upon whose side we stand! Those pressing for a “different truth” via a different religion are deceptive and do not follow the TRUTH.

Perhaps you have noticed just how blatant it has become. Social media is a hotbed of deception and delusion and, while there are a few social media influencers fighting back (such as the young man below), the onslaught is increasing. Notice what is happening in this video clip:

Islamic people are not hiding their intentions. I only wish evangelical Christians were as evangelical as they are! Yet, not only do we tend to shy far too much from sharing our faith, we also do nothing about false teaching being foisted upon us. Sharia law is being enacted in American cities, NYC is governed by an Islamic mayor (in the very city that was attacked by radical Islamists on 911), and Muslim prayer calls are beginning to echo in once quiet neighborhoods.

Friends, we are living in end times. How do we know? Deception is becoming mainstream, not just a fringe happening. The world is being prepared for Satan’s puppet, the antichrist who will be revealed soon and will usher in the Tribulation.

But our hope lies in Jesus the Messiah, who promises to take us out of this world prior to the advent of the antichrist! That is called the rapture.

This doesn’t mean we sit back doing nothing until He comes. Just the opposite! He calls us to be about the Father’s business until He comes! (Luke 19:12-13) Don’t get lazy, friends! Get active. Get into God’s Word and live your life according to it. Discern TRUTH from lies and find freedom in doing so!
