Ahhhh, it’s Passover season again! The beginning of a new year. A remembrance of things past. A reminder of things to come.

Tonight at sunset marks the beginning of the Jewish feast of Passover. Around the world Jews will remember the exodus from Egypt and the freedom sought by the Israelites. God put forth His calendar when He instituted Passover.

Now, fast forward 2000 years to a similar celebration of freedom: the day of resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Christians worldwide will celebrate that grand occasion this coming Sunday.
