Believe it or not, there are circumstances in which Christians knowingly or unknowingly allow antisemitism to sneak into their thoughts and words. It is important to know why standing with Israel is important, and just as important to set a standard by which we don’t unknowingly fall into antisemitic traps.

Here is an example. As Christians, we get excited about the promises of God, and at times our tendency is to claim them all for ourselves. For that reason, we must resist the false teachings of Replacement Theology. Despite the Jews’ rejection of Jesus as Messiah, God’s plans for them have not waivered, and all His promises to them will one day be fulfilled. The church has not replaced Israel.
