Israel Insights: The Wonderful Sea of Galilee

Welcome back friends! I love the Sea of Galilee, and I bet you do too, if you’ve ever been there! Even if not, so much of Jesus’ ministry took place there, and if you read your Bible, I’m sure you love the Galilee!

Yesterday, we heard from two men who live in different parts of Israel but come to the Galilee to disciple young people. Why here? Especially why now, with war not so far in the distance?

Today, we discover more about the Sea of Galilee and why it is such a special place. Relax and imagine yourself on these shores. I’m sure you will taste just a tiny bit of what it is like to be there, walking in the very footsteps of Jesus!

BTW – we still have a tour on the books for February 2025. We will not go to war zones, but we will safely experience the sights and sounds (and food!) of Israel. We also have some extraordinary opportunities to minister and serve those who are displaced, as well as the soldiers who are often on the front lines fighting the war. It’s a great time to be in Israel…no crowds, no lines, no jockeying for position…and they need our love and support now more than ever! Check out our Spring 2025 EXPERIENCE ISRAEL TOUR. (Itinerary obviously subject to change, depending upon conditions. Days we cannot visit scheduled sights will be spent ministering the love of Jesus to those who could use a big dose of encouragement!)
