While Hanukkah memories linger and Christmas joy remains, be reminded of Israeli families whose loved ones were killed or kidnapped on October 7. Many spent those special holidays for the first time without their beloved family members. Those still held captive in Gaza continue to experience unimaginable atrocities in place of the joy brought by those blessed holidays. They all need our prayers.

Meanwhile, evidence of God’s miraculous miracles continues to surface. Amazingly, God orchestrated beautiful instances of rescues and friendship on that horrid day. I don’t often agree with CNN or support their positions on most things, but this is a wonderful story of human kindness. May it be a reminder of the heroes who risked their own lives to save others.
