Biden’s Deal with the Devil and What it Means for Israel and the World

Secretly, Joe Biden gave approval last week to remove sanctions on Iran that will enable $6 billion to flow to the terror-crazed Iranian regime. In exchange, Iran will free 5 Americans arrested and being held inside the radical Islamic hotbed.

If that was the entire scope of the deal it would be one of the worst deals ever made. Over a billion dollars per head is very lucrative and only serves to entice further kidnapping of Americans. But sadly, that is not the whole deal. The United States will also release 5 Iranian citizens held here in America. Thus, it is an even prisoner swap with an over-the-top American gift of $6 billion the Persian regime will undoubtedly use to further foment terror across the globe.

Adding fuel to the fire is the fact this deal was kept secret for a week and only formally announced yesterday…September 11. (Coincidence? I think not! Evil? Absolutely certain!) Biden went behind the backs of Congress to avoid having to go through Congressional approval. Thus, the deal appears to be signed, sealed and delivered, and the money spigot is about to be fully open to fund Iranian terror throughout the Middle East and the world.

Indeed, it is a deal with the devil, and it won’t be long until the devil strikes a blow.

Where does this leave Israel? With 100,000 Iranian-supplied missiles already pointed at Israel, Hezbollah (in Lebanon), Hamas (in Gaza), Houthis (in Yemen) and radical Islamists in Syria are awaiting the command from the Iranian ayatollah and his regime to strike fear and death to Israel. Imagine what $6 billion in additional funds will do for Iran’s interest.

What is Israel to do…and what will be her fate? Over and over throughout Israel’s 75-year history as a newborn nation, Israeli leaders have been backed into a corner, facing the tough decision of waiting to be attacked or taking pre-emptive measures against the aggressors. Two things we know for sure:

  1. Iran has threatened many times throughout history to wipe Israel off the map, and they have every intent in doing so.
  2. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), supposedly the watchdog to prevent rogue regimes from getting their hands on nuclear weapons, had this to say a couple days ago: “Iran has managed to stockpile enough enriched uranium at the level of fissile material at a military enrichment level.”

When an enemy expresses their hatred and pushes aggressively in an attempt to destroy you, it is best to take them at their word and prepare to either defend yourself or go on the offensive. Israel hardly has a choice.

Friends, there are demonic forces at work in our nation (look no further than the current administration), in the Middle East (look no further than Iran) and throughout the world (look no further than China, North Korea and Russia). Are we ready for what’s coming? There is a gigantic chasm between living by faith and living in fear.

Jesus said:

14 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

~John 14:1-3

For followers of Jesus, there is no reason to fear. He told us very plainly that He will return for us one day. What a glorious day that will be! Our faith in Him leaves no room for fear.

It is understandable, though, for others to live in fear because there is no hope. But what if I could give you hope? Would you take it? Well, here it is:

  • We have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) Everyone of us (Christians included) are sinful people and helplessly doomed to an eternal date with hell. (Romans 6:23)
  • Jesus died on a cross to take the punishment that was meant for us. (2 Corinthians 5:21) He took our sin and gave us His righteousness in return.
  • When we yield to Him and choose to let Him enter our lives, He will change us from the inside out. That is done by believing in our hearts that He died for us and rose again to give us new life, and by confessing with our mouths that He is Lord. (Romans 10:9)
  • When we do that in sincerity, He promises to come into our lives and make us a brand new creation! (2 Corinthians 5:17) We become children of God and can call Him Father! (1 John 3:1, Galatians 4:6)

If you are without Jesus Christ, you are without hope. Yet, hope is only a prayer away. Using the principles above, just pray something like this:

“Father in heaven, I recognize that I am imperfect. I am sinful and in need of a Savior. I believe that You sent Your Son, Jesus, to die on a cross for me in order to take away my sin and give me His righteousness. That sounds too good to be true, but I am believing in my heart that Jesus died and rose again for all the wrong things I have ever done or will do. Therefore, I’m asking You to save me and make me a brand new creation. Thank You for answering my prayer. Thank you for becoming my Father in heaven. Now, I commit my life to You. Please change me from the inside out! Amen.”

It truly is that simple. If you prayed that prayer, I would love to hear from you. Will you email us at Looking4theBlessedHope@gmail.com? We will respond with encouragement and will help you take the next step in your new life with Christ. Welcome to the family!
