American Tourism to Israel is Booming!

According to All Israel News, 12% more American tourists arrived in Israel during the first half of 2023 than in first 6 months of 2019, pre-COVID.

Having led tours to Israel in 2019 and 2023, I can attest to the swift return of Christian pilgrims to Israel following COVID shutdowns. For those who endured tour postponements and cancellations in 2020 and 2021, the opportunity to visit the Holy Land is an unquenchable desire.

However, while American Christians flock to Israel, the total number of visitors to Israel continues to fall short of the record 4.55 million visitors in 2019 (pre-COVID). Projections for 2023 indicate only 3.9 million will visit.

Friends, that’s an open door for a fantastic tour experience! Fewer overall visitors translate to smaller crowds and less jockeying for position at some of Israel’s more constricted sites (such as the Mount of Olives).

I continue to host EXPERIENCE ISRAEL Tours and am super excited about smaller crowds and better tour experiences for our guests! Though the October 2023 tour is filled, we still have seats available on the February 2024 tour. In fact, there is still a limited number of discounted seats for groups of 4 or more who register via our Spring 2024 EXPERIENCE ISRAEL Tour page.

Our fully customized tour includes sites important to our Christian faith, as well as many opportunities to engage the culture and the people. For example, we’ll visit Holocaust survivors; IDF soldiers; Arab, Palestinian and Messianic pastors; and enjoy several other experiences unique to our tours.

Walking where Jesus walked, studying where Jesus taught, and sailing the Sea of Galilee where Jesus walked on water will put you “right into the narrative.” Standing on the Mount of Olives, visiting the City of David and peeking into Jesus’ empty tomb will leave you changed forever!

Come with us as we take advantage of smaller crowds and better tour experiences in February 2024! We’ve got a seat for you!
