As we usher 2021 out the back door and welcome 2022 in the front, I wonder: how will the incoming year be different than the worn out year we’re ushering out? There are innumerable things that are out of our control, so we only spin our wheels focusing on those things. However, there are a few very important things that are fully in our control.
