It has been a joyous few days in Jerusalem as Israeli, Arab and American delegations descended upon the eternal capital of Israel to celebrate one year of high success following the signing of the Abraham Accords a year ago.
In the midst of a world in chaos, peacemakers celebrate the historic results of the Accords. In separate ceremonies, Jared Kushner urged the Israeli Knesset to build upon the Accords, and former US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman presented the first Peace Through Strength Award to former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Gala events were held as dignitaries, journalists and government officials revelled in the joy of the accomplishment. Until the Abraham Accords, not many people thought it was possible to bring Israeli and Arab nations together in peace, and what has occurred as a result over the past year is absolutely astounding!
In today’s world, cheerful news is difficult to come by, so enjoy these articles reporting on the celebratory events in Jerusalem:
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.
