It never ceases to amaze me how willingly Israelis take in (and pay for!) children and others in need, regardless of their nationality. Syria is a sworn enemy of Israel, yet thousands of Syrian lives have been saved by Israelis.

In the video below, notice the kindness and friendship shown between an Israeli surgeon and the father of a precious 22-day-old Syrian baby whose life was saved by that surgeon!
