  1. Reblogged this on Sealed in Christ and commented:
Nikki Haley as POTUS? What a wonderful idea! Not many people these days have the morals, ethics, and fortitude to stand against the growing evil in our world and country like Nikki Haley. Will she run? Who knows at this point. But if she does I for one will vote for her!

Man makes his plans, but God directs his steps, Proverbs 16:9. In the end, only God knows whom He has chosen to lead our country in the coming years, our job is to pray and vote according to what and whom He lays on our hearts. God bless!

  2. I absolutely adore Nikki Haley and would love to see her as POTUS. Honestly, I think she’s the only woman at this present stage in U.S. history that has a better than good chance of being elected if she were to run.

As for what God has for me, I’m trying desperately to figure that out. I know what my spiritual gifts and passions are, but I’m struggling with where and how I should be using them at this present time. This is why I’ve not been posting much lately.. I suppose I’m just feeling a little restless and lost right now. And maybe a little overwhelmed.

God bless. And thanks for posting this encouraging, yet challenging message. 🙂

    1. I agree. She is a uniquely gifted woman. In general, I am not a fan of women in positions of extreme leadership, as I would much rather follow a strong, decisive man. However, throughout Biblical history, when there was not a man to take those roles, God called and equipped strong women. Should He call her to that position, I know He will sustain her as well.

Praying for you, Dee. I know the angst of having desire, but lacking direction and/or opportunity. But be encouraged: there is a place for every believer in God’s sovereign plan. He is preparing you for your next assignment! At the proper time, He will escort you to the threshold of that place and time of service!
