Happy Lord’s Day! It is so easy is the busyness of life to lose sight of things most important in life. We tend to become consumed with our jobs, our families, our ministries and all that concerns us. I wonder if we forget that life on this earth is temporary!
One of the objectives of “Looking for the Blessed Hope” is to be reminded that our Lord is preparing a place for us and will come again (soon!) to retrieve us from a world cursed with sin. Thus, through the writings of Paul we are told to live sensibly, righteously and godly while looking for the blessed hope…the return of our Lord! (Titus 2:11-14)
Therefore, in staying true to “Looking for the Blessed Hope,” I hope you will take time to read and meditate on the precious promise found in John 14:1-3 (NLT):
“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.

Maranatha…Lord come quickly!
