Holocaust Survivor Shares His Story

Hi friends!  Regretfully, I didn’t attend live, but I caught a local news report of Holocaust survivor, George Kalman.

The city of Chandler (AZ) displayed a railcar used to transport Jews to concentration and death camps during World War II.  The Nazi regime, dead set on eliminating the Jews, succeeded in murdering at least 6 million during the Holocaust.

The world is losing the treasure of Holocaust survivors able to share their stories, so it is always a special blessing to take in a survivor’s story.  These are accounts of incredible courage, and pure determination not to succumb to evil atrocities foisted upon them.

Mr Kalman is a Phoenix resident who shares his story on various occasions in the Valley, including regularly at Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) events at Beth Ami Temple in Paradise Valley.

Take the opportunity to hear this survivor’s story!
