The second news break regarding terrorist activity has hit news sources today.  Following the attack on the Canadian Parliament, reports are also coming in from Jerusalem that a Palestinian driver struck and killed a baby and wounded 8 others when he drove his vehicle into a light rail train station at Ammunition Hill.  The driver has been identified, and has served prison time previously for security offenses,
