Friends, I’m watching in real time what is occuring in the elections in Israel. I also watched with interest as the Brazilian elections managed to go sideways, causing the conservative candidate to flee the country. When people of conscience don’t vote (for whatever reason), the bad guys win. I am burdened for America and the complacency of Christians. Please commit to vote, and consider taking others with you. Every vote matters and this election is pivotal to whether or not our religious liberties erode still further.

I was struck by a statement Pastor Jack Hibbs posted on Telegram:

These United States of America are what they are because of the American Christian. Choice is a God-given Responsibility.

Joshua 24:15a Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve.

But the American Christian has chosen not to choose.

Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan.

By not voting – you are voting. By choosing to do nothing, you have chosen to allow evil to advance.

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent. - Thomas Jefferson

Your vote is your voice. Please don’t be silent!
