Yesterday, the challenge was to determine whether or not Israel is a litmus test for believers when it comes to our faith and trust in God’s Word.

If the litmus test is positive and our faith and trust in God’s Word is sound, then the truth of God’s Word should be our standard when it comes to all things in life…including civic engagement. Election season is upon us and we have a responsibility to know the candidates for office, then vote our Biblical values. Again, let’s turn to wise insight from Amir Tsarfati:

Watching social media and mainstream media coverage of the upcoming elections in Israel and the United States can produce only one result – you will be brainwashed and poisoned by powerful forces with plenty of money and absolutely no integrity. 

Most polls are misleading and designed to influence how people vote. Remember this – voting is a God-given right, and voting the right way is a responsibility. 

Ask yourself one simple question – which side most closely reflects your biblical convictions concerning faith, family, gender, work ethic, and Israel? 

You may be surprised by how easy it is to find the answer. Satan is no longer hiding his agenda or his plans. Anyone with even a shred of discernment can see through the schemes of the devil. 

Do not vote based on whether you like or dislike a particular party or leader. Political parties and leaders are not there to be liked – they are there to govern and lead. Ask yourself what your country would look like if the other side gained power. 

Learn from history. 
Learn from the Bible. 
Listen to your conscience. 
And pray!
