Happy Lord’s Day, my friends! For those who may not know, I am now on staff with ONE FOR ISRAEL as the US-based Israel Tour Coordinator! I can’t begin to tell you what a blessing it is to come out of the dog-eat-dog corporate world to join the ministry I have partnered with for many years to lead tours. Now, I do it not for myself, but for all of ONE FOR ISRAEL! I love it!

If you are not familiar with ONE FOR ISRAEL, I hope you will browse their website to discover the myriad of ways OFI ministers in Israel and around the world.

• They are home to Israel College of the Bible, the only accredited Hebrew-speaking Bible college in Israel. They are pumping out Messianic, Arab and Palestinian pastors who are fully on fire for the Lord and His Kingdom work. (I know several of them personally and they are amazing! Please click the “Lord of the Breakthrough” link and see the video of these faithful Jewish and Arab servants!)
• OFI has a very robust website with hundreds of resources refuting Judaic Rabbinic teaching and focusing curious Israelis on God’s Word. They have millions of followers inside Israel and multi-millions of followers in the Middle East and around the world. They are far-reaching with the truth of God’s Word.
• Their well-qualified College staff produce amazing podcasts on all sorts of topics. Their Jewish insight and perspective causes my Bible to come to life!
• They minister the gospel to soldiers and young people during their time before they go into the military. These are hungry young men and women as they seek the meaning of life while going out to put theirs on the line. They are making a difference in the IDF!
• OFI plans and participates in dozens of humanitarian projects each year in each year, reaching Jews and Arabs alike. Go on a tour with us and you’ll be involved in a project or two as well!
• Their testimony site is chalk full of Jews, Arabs and Persians who have met the Messiah! It is truly a trophy case of the Lord’s faithfulness to draw all men (and women!) to himself!

I could go on, but I think you get the idea. Perhaps my favorite thing as a staff member is our Monday morning staff meetings when one of the Bible teachers in Israel shares a devotion…often including a challenge for us. Dr Erez Soref leads this great ministry, and I have met him personally. He is high energy and ministry focused! Each week, he writes a short devotional as well and attaches accompanying resources.

I want to share one of his latest, addressing the idea that there are breakthroughs in the making! We must simply remain faithful to what God has called us to. We need hope in this new year, and it is delivered here in abundance! I hope you are as blessed as I am as you read Dr Soref’s words and consider the resource below!
