I visited Israel for the first time in 2008 and it totally changed my life! Suddenly, my Bible came to life and swallowed me within each narrative, as though I was there! I was convinced Israel was the center of God’s Word and God’s plan, and I couldn’t get enough. I returned many times, often apart from tour groups, and discovered excellent ways to engage the people and the culture. Ultimately, because I was absolutely convinced every believer should experience Israel, I began planning and leading fully customized tours. I was determined to offer guests an opportunity not simply to SEE Israel, but to EXPERIENCE Israel at an affordable cost. Those tours were a hit!

I coordinated those tours through One for Israel, and they were a fantastic partner. A wonderful working relationship ensued, leading to an opportunity to step on to some of their tours when they did not have a staff member available to go. I did that for the first time in November.

But November had more cooking than that single tour! Following extensive conversations, I was offered the privilege of joining the OFI team as the US-based Israel Tour Coordinator, and as of this past Tuesday, it is official! I am very excited about this opportunity and have “hit the ground running” to begin planning and organizing top quality tours for One for Israel.

As a result, EXPERIENCE ISRAEL TOURS (my tour ministry) will go dormant. However, as Tour Coordinator for One for Israel, I plan to continue providing the best tours possible at costs that are affordable. OFI and I share a common goal: to get as many people to Israel as possible, at a cost that provides great value.
