Often, one of the most impactful tour stops in Israel tours is at Home of Jesus the King Church in Nazareth. Saleem Shalash, a dear Arab brother in Christ, pastors the church and guides a multi-faceted ministry, including reconciliation between Jews and Arabs, and humanitarian outreaches to Jews and Arabs in need throughout Israel.

Though we were able to stop by the humanitarian distribution center and church in Nazareth, Pastor Saleem was out of the country. Thus, we missed his passion and enthusiasm regarding the ministry.

But good news! While out of the country, Pastor Saleem sat for an interview on The Middle East Report where he shared his amazing testimony and how God called him to minister to both Arabs and Jews. In addition, he discusses the October 7 attack and how the ministry responded to the need, then how he and his family prayed for safety during Iran’s rocket barrage.
