Doing Kingdom work is never welcomed by those who resist it…particularly in Israel. Those called to share the gospel in the land of Jesus often face difficult obstacles, and sometimes even find themselves fighting to do what the Lord calls them to do.

Such is the case for One for Israel. They are the tip of the spear when it comes to sharing Yeshua (Jesus) with Jews and Arabs alike in Israel. Their reach is amazing, particularly online, where many of their key videos are viewed millions of times.

But it comes at a cost. Sharing the love of Yeshua has led One for Israel straight to a courtroom for a case brought because of their evangelistic efforts. Despite freedom of speech and freedom of religion in Israel, the suit brought against OFI is brought because of the subject matter. As a result, these prayer points were penned by One for Israel’s CEO, Dr Erez Soref:

• Pray for wisdom for our legal team as they continue to prepare and represent the truth.
  
  “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.” –James 1:5 
  
• Pray for courage, peace, and clarity as we navigate legal proceedings this month.
  
  “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” –Joshua 1:9 
  
• Pray for favor, for truth to prevail and for the judge to recognize our heart and integrity in proclaiming the Good News.
  
  “For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.” –Luke 8:17 
  
• Pray for those opposing us, that God would work in their hearts.
  
  “But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” –Matthew 5:44

These are critical days–not just for our team, but for every Yeshua-believer in Israel. Thank you for standing with us, and for being one for Israel.
