Emerging from Darkness

The American elections are behind us and, for many, it seems we are emerging from darkness. Darkness of 4 years of corrupt and incapable government, darkness of non-stop political “hate ads,” and doom and gloom of a country that is broken.

We may be tempted to look to a new president or a new administration for light. While I’m convinced the new Trump administration will far out-perform the Biden one, our true light will not come from there!

In John 8:12, Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” Dear friends, there is much to be said about the state of Christianity in America, and perhaps we will focus on it more in days to come. But my encouragement is this: It is time to look to the Light of Life, Jesus Christ, to put our faith in Him, and to commit to follow Him. Do you agree?

To a world overcome with the darkness cast by Satan, Amir Tsarfati encourages us with these words:

The power of Jesus drives evil of every kind into the ground! We have a job to do, so let’s tap into that power!
