Israel Takes Out Hezbollah #2 and Hamas #1 in 2 Different Cities within Hours

What a day! Yesterday the Israel Defense Force (IDF) took out at least 2 (perhaps 3) of their highest valued terror masterminds.

News broke yesterday morning that Fuad Shukr (“Haj Mohsen”), Hezbollah’s #2 overall (and top military commander), was killed in a targeted assassination by the IDF in Beirut Lebanon. In command of Hezbollah’s vast weapons arsenal, Shukr was not only responsible for the Majdal Shams missile attack that took the lives of 12 Druze children (and wounded dozens more), but also the 1983 bombing of the US Marine barracks in Lebanon that killed 241 American soldiers and wounded 128 more. (The US owes Israel a huge “thank you!”)

Shukr was one of several Hezbollah (and perhaps Iranian) military officials meeting in a building near the Beirut airport. A precision-guided Israeli missile was launched and struck the exact floor on which the terror masterminds were meeting. As of this writing, it is unclear exactly how many senior Hezbollah and/or Iranian officials were eliminated.

Following that news, it was reported that explosions occurred near the Hezbollah battalion headquarters in Babylon Iraq. Subsequent reports indicate that attack was carried out by American forces. Deemed a defensive airstrike intended to deter the launch of drones toward an American base, the attack resulted in at least 4 deaths. An initial report from US sources indicated the possible elimination of Ismail Qaani, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in Iraq. That report has yet to be confirmed, but would be another major elimination of an extremely high-ranking terrorist, if so.

Then last night, the biggest news hit: Hamas #1 Ismail Haniyeh was targeted and killed in his residence in Tehran! Haniyeh was head of the political bureau of Hamas and known to have spent most of his time in Qatar and Tehran under the cover of the Iranian regime.

He met his fate (and 70 virgins!) in his residence, just 150 meters from the home of Iran’s new president, Masoud Pezeshkian, whom he met with earlier in the day. Makes one wonder: what is the message sent to the Iranian regime when the Hamas leader is killed in the middle of Tehran!

Within only a few hours, Hezbollah’s #2 and Hamas’ #1 were eliminated in the middle of Beirut and Tehran respectively, and a significant attack may have taken out Iran’s IRG commander in the heart of Babylon! Indeed, it was a good day. Yahya Sinwar (Hamas #2) and Hassan Nasrallah (Hezbollah #1) beware!

37
I have pursued my enemies and overtaken them;
Neither did I turn back again till they were destroyed.
38 I have wounded them,
So that they could not rise;
They have fallen under my feet.
39 For You have armed me with strength for the battle;
You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.
~Psalm 18:37-39
