Overcoming the Agricultural Impact of October 7

Hey friends, Israelis are known to be some of the most resilient people on the planet, and more proof turned up recently.

As you may or may not know, the area near the Gaza Strip is incredibly rich farm and dairy land. A great deal of Israel’s fruit and vegetables are grown very near the border with Gaza. So, when the terrorists struck, they attempted to destroy the land, the crops, the farm equipment, and the nearby dairies. The goal seems to have been to wipe out Israel’s connection to their plentiful land. But just as olive trees are next to impossible to kill, the Jewish people are next to impossible to hold down!

The video below contains news of the recent hostage rescue in Rafah. An interesting story in itself. However, check out what is happening on those Israeli farms, beginning at the 13:30 mark of this video! Incredible.

I’m curious…how many would be interested in a humanitarian journey to Israel if one could be put together? How many would be willing to roll up sleeves and get busy? How many would be willing to provide financial resources toward helping in some way?

No promises just yet, but I’m investigating options to determine if such a mission trip could be arranged. There is no obligation, but if you (or others you know) are interested in that possible opportunity, please take a moment to complete the survey below.
