Kfar Aza is an Israeli kibbutz attacked by Hamas on October 7. The attack was devastating to the tight-knit community that remains evacuated to this day while the IDF takes care of business only a very short distance to the west in Gaza. There is no doubt that, one day, Kfar Aza and the other kibbutim and settlements near the Gaza border will be re-built and inhabited.
Recently, as though God was sending assurance their way, a rainbow appeared over Kfar Aza. Rainbows are very rare in Israel, yet since October 7, they seem to be popping up rather frequently! Likewise, those praying for Israel have reported seeing rainbows as they pray. Obviously, not every sighting has been corroborated, but the underlying fact is true: whether or not we sees “signs” of it, God will always be faithful to His promises.
Friends, please take 2 minutes to read this fabulously encouraging article written by an Israeli believer in Yeshua:
Indeed, God is speaking, and He will keep His covenant with Noah to us all. But the people of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel) are the apple of His eye, and He will bless them with signs of His presence and lovingkindness.
Friends, keep praying for Israel. As I write this, it is raining right here in the desert of Phoenix AZ. I’m watching for rainbows!
