Happy Monday, friends! We’re kicking the week off with an interesting twist. One thing we know to be true is that evil is rampant, and God’s Word says it will get even worse as we traverse the end times. One clear evidence of the work of Satan in our world today is the all-out attack on our children. I don’t believe it is simply an American thing, but the attention of the world is certainly focused on what is happening in our once-Christian nation.
Where have all the Christians gone in the midst of the evil brainwashing of our kids with Marxism, CRT, gender confusion, queer theory, mutilation of sexual body parts and chemical castration? What in the world is wrong with a society that not only allows it, but accepts it, tolerates it, celebrates it and (heaven forbid) even participates in it? If you are a Bible-believing, freedom-loving Christian and were not at Freedom Night (in Phoenix) last Wednesday night or have not picked it up on Charlie Kirk’s podcast or elsewhere, I greatly encourage you to catch the discussion between Charlie Kirk and Dr James Lindsay, perhaps America’s foremost expert on what’s happening in that particular culture.
This was a Turning Point Faith event, so you might be saying, “What is an agnostic (Dr Lindsay) doing at a faith event, at a church no less!?!” Well, if you listen to him, you just might find out that Dr Lindsay is one of the most decent thinkers in this realm, and he happens to know the Bible better than a lot of Christians. Indeed, we should pray for his salvation (and Charlie has a personal mission with him!), but we should also avoid throwing the baby out with the bath water!
Take a chance! Listen to these two brilliant men discuss the evil in our culture today. My suspicion is that you will not only become much more informed about this evil, but you will also come out on the other side with a respectful opinion of Dr James Lindsay! Enjoy!
